A condition report, in its current state, is a visual representation of the physical condition of a vehicle as well as an overall description of the vehicle. It is not a complete mechanical, electrical or structural inspection and is not to be treated as such.
Please see NAAA's Condition Report Condition Statement regarding what a condition report is and what it is not here: http://www.naaa.com/standards/NAAA_Generic_Condition_Report_Position_Statement.pdf
In the "all-digital block" sale format, vehicle photos and condition reports will be displayed on monitors in the lane at the facility and online. Auctioneers will be on hand just as during a regular sale, though no vehicles will actually run through the lanes. Dealers may participate in person or online via simulcast.
